How does this game work?

The way this game works is that multiple players are in the game battling enemies at the same time. Patrolling and killing enemies will get you XP, Drachma and Loot. Enemies spawn in different locations at different times. As you get stronger and have more Drachma, you can buy Lightships to get to new locations.

What do I do first?

Go to different locations and start patrolling. You'll find enemies in each location you can battle. Earn XP, Drachma, LP and Loot from the enemies you battle. Each time you kill an enemy you earn Location Points (LP). LP unlocks new areas and locations.

What do the II, III, IV, V mean next to an enemy's name?

Enemies with II, III, IV, etc by their name are higher tier enemies that are harder to kill but also reward more XP, Drachma and LP.

How do I refill my HP in battle?

Anytime you run from a battle, your HP will refill. However, you will be unable to re-engage the enemy you ran from for a brief period of time. Running too often means your kills will go to somebody else. Depending on your class and subclass, your Super ability could also refill your HP. Also, there is a special bike that you may buy from the mysterious weekend sales men that will regenerate health while battling.  While battling, there is a chance you can Take Cover in battle to restore 10% of your max HP.

  
How do I get better Gear?

There are 6 memory types you might get from battle. White, Green, Blue, Purple, Red, And Yellow. Take these to the Codebreaker at The Acropolis and decrypt them for gear. White will decrypt into Common gear. Green into Uncommon. Blue into Rare. Purple into Legendary. Red into Triumphant. Yellow into Godly.  You may also purchase strong armor from another hero's shop for Ancient coins. To access hero shops, you must have reached level 99 on at least one Hero on your account.  Player shops may be found on a player's profile whom have a shop or by clicking "Hero shops".

How is Power calculated?

Power represents your overall power in the game. It is based on your Hero's overall traits and K/D ratio. The higher your Power, the better gear you can acquire from decoding memories.

How do Bikes work?

You can buy Bikes from the Shipwright at The Acropolis. Go to Gear and you can select which Bike you want to use, but only one at a time. Each Bike adds bonuses to specific perks. Sometimes they can provide a negative effect to a perk as well, so pay attention.  Alternatively you can pick up a strong rare bike from the mysterious sales men Borgen.  however, his goods require Ancient coins rather then Drachma. Check out Bikes for a list of available bikes.

How do Bounties work?

Once you reach level 20, the Bounty Tracker is available at The Acropolis. He will give you 10 bounties daily of various time limits and difficulty, including 2 bounties that can be completed within 1 year. It will be up to you to decide how you want to tackle these. Once you accept the bounty and complete it, return to the Bounty Tracker to claim the reward. If you run out of bounties, more will be available the next day.

Where do I find *insert enemy name here* for a Bounty?

In the Bounty Tracker, click on the enemy card art, and the card will have it mentioned where that enemy spawns.
Some cards do tend to have "N/A". Currently, this is a bug with the enemies in the Underworld/New Agora regions.

How do Gear Perks work?

Gear decoded from memories can have multiple perks. Common(White) gear gets 2 perk. Uncommon(Green) gear gets 2 perks with slightly higher potential than Common(White) gear. Rare(Blue) gear gets 4 perks. Most Legendary(Purple) gear gets 6 perks. Triumphant(Red) gear gets 8 perks and on some occasion special Legendary(Purple) gear also get 8 perks. Godly(Yellow) gear get 8 perks with a slightly higher potential then Triumphant(Red) gear.  The perks that are possible include: HP, Attack, Defense, Drachma, XP, Critical Hit Chance, and Evade Chance. Each of these acts as a percentage boost for your Hero. Gear with perks will show the perks and their values in the description of the gear within your gear changing menu.

How do Seasons work?

The main thing to understand with seasons is that nothing resets. You keep ALL of your Hero progress forever, so don't panic. Basically, when the game changes to a new Season, Heroes tied to the previous season will not be on the new season leaderboards. Everyone is allowed to create a new Hero for the new season, but you can continue to play with your previous season Heroes. Also, Ancient Coins, Vanguard Marks, Card Progress and Drachma do not reset and will cross into new seasons.

How often can I use my Super ability?

Once you choose a subclass, You will be able to use super abilities in battle.  These supers recharge automatically at the top of every minute.  Timing correctly can end up letting you use your ability seemingly quick.

How are Ancient Coins obtained?

Ancient coins are a rare currency within TitanConquest that are used at Borgen and hero shops.  They are also used to reset characters and other features.  Ancient coins are obtained through many means such as killing enemies (titan's have a higher drop rate), buying them from Coins, winning them from events, or being gifted them.  Please see the Code of Conduct in regards to ancient coins.

What are Ancient Coins for?

A strange person shows up at The Acropolis every week. He will sell you something nice for the right amount of Ancient Coins. Abbreviated as AC.

What are Vanguard Marks for?

You can earn Vanguard Marks by completing Missions or bounties. These are then used to purchase items from the Vanguard Quartermaster at The Acropolis. Abbreviated as VM.

What does INF or Infusion mean?

Infusion allows you to upgrade your gear with materials you have. INF next to a piece of gear is the number of times it has been upgraded. Some gear has shared infusion, in that members of the community upgraded it.  For more information, Check out Infusion and Materials Guide.

How does avenging work?

If an enemy kills a player, that instance of the enemy will appear red to all other players in the same area. If any other player (including yourself) kills that enemy, you have avenged the hero that was killed and will received 2X the final blow rewards. This doesn't stack though, so even if the same enemy instance kills more than one Hero, you are only ever avenging the last hero killed. The avenge counts are tracked per Hero and there is a seasonal leaderboard.  Some players have also started recording who they avenge... Players pure fire x2 has avenged

Can I have multiple accounts?

We strongly oppose to having additional accounts as this can lead to many different issues. Abusing this will lead to the permanent ban of all accounts of the person(s) discovered doing this.

How do I win the lottery?

Just be here playing for a chance to win each hour. The lottery will choose a lucky online player and award them drachma or Ancient Coins.  There is also a chance to win the grand prize occasionally of 5000 ancient coins!

What are the benefits to being in a Clan?

Clans provide a number of benefits to players. First, they are a great way to communicate with other players. Once you are in a clan, you have access to a clan-only chat room. Clan managers can send alerts to all clan members at once. Another benefit to being in a clan is that if you are in the same location as your clan-mates, each of you get extra XP and Drachma from battles. Clans can also have a tag to distinguish their members in chat. NOTE: the boost will appear next to XP/Drachma in battle if you correctly have members in the same area. Also, the boost goes onto your XP% Perk so keep that in mind.
With recent Updates and the release of Clan capture.  You will also be able to work with your clan in obtaining different areas of the galaxy for more bonuses and a reward at the end of the week.  Please refer to Clans for more information.

What are Clan Marks and points?

Once you are in a clan, every kill you make will earn you a Clan Mark (CM) and every battle you make will earn you a Clan Point (CP). CM can be used at the Clan Shop for Clan Set Gear. Also, the Clan Shop will have a permanent discount based on your Clan's Rank.  You will have to earn clan points (CP) to increase your clans rank and discount.  It is up to your clan to work together to obtain enough points to continue to level up.  Check out Clans for more information.

Can I use an auto-clicker or automation tool to play this game?

We strongly oppose automation tools to play this game, as it's essentially a competitive clicker game. Basically, if you do this and we figure out you are doing it, we can leaderboard ban your Hero. This means you can keep playing the game, but you won't show up on any of the Leaderboards. If you do this in a way that affects other players it can result in a complete game ban. Please refer to our Code of Conduct Rule 1.  JUST KNOW, WE KNOW!

Can I play this on my Phone/Tablet?

Yes! The game is very optimized for mobile play. Just load the game in your mobile browser. In fact, if you add it to your home screen and the game will run full-screen like an App!

How do Gear Sets work?

Decoded gear has a chance of being part of a set. A set grants a bonus to different perks, and this amount increases if you equip a fully matching set. Red memories have a 50% chance of being part of a set, Purple 25%, Blue 20%, Green/White 16%.

RIOT: +3% Defense, +1% HP
THIEF: +3% Drachma, +1% Evade
SCHOLAR: +3% XP, +1% LP
SLAYER: +4% Attack, +2% LP, +4% XP, +2% Crit
ORACLE: +2% HP, +4% Def, +4% Drachma, +2% Evade
CLAN: +2% All Perks
EVENT: +3% All Perks

Can I reset my Character?

Yes, if it is not level 99 and you have at least 25 Ancient Coins. Be active on your Hero, go to My Hero > Reset Hero.  Be aware that each reset will cost more AC then the previous, so spend wisely!
